TESTIMONIALS
“I had the pleasure of being directed by Thomas in The Christiansen Choir during the spring of my freshman year. Thomas’s leadership helped me feel confident, comfortable, and secure in my voice and in that of the collective ensemble. Additionally, Thomas has continuously guided me in finding community and belonging in choral music, which I might not have discovered otherwise. It is through working with and learning from his direction that I have developed a passion for participating in choral music.”
— Megan, class of 2027 at St. Olaf
“Thomas is a wonderful choir director. Even though he is still in college and seems so young (he is more than 40 years younger than I am!), his expertise and professionalism make me feel like I’m back in my St. Olaf days under the tutelage of Robert Scholz and Alice Larsen. He has an easygoing style that brings out the best in people, yet he commands great respect.”
